When we were last here in Glacier National Park 27 years ago, it rain almost everyday during our seven day visit. This day we have the opportunity to view this amazing place bathed in nothing but sunlight and blue sky. Light and shadow create depth and intense color. Our eyes take in landscapes that inspire.

Field of bear-grass covering the mountainside in Glacier National Park. First named by members of the Louis and Clark Expedition, this woody plant is eaten by deer and elk. Bear do use the leaves to line their dens.
